Neck massage movement:
1Place an exercise mat or cushion near the back of the stressbuster so that its height is in level with the bot-tom of footrest.
2Plug in the machine and make sure that both the timer and speed dial are in the "off"positions.
3Lie your neck on the central groove of the footrest .(see fig .11)
4Push the "neck"/""feet"selection button to "neck"mode.)(see fig.9)
5Press the timer"on/off"button(red color)once,the default timer setting of 15 minutes will be regis-tered)by pressing the up arrow (green color)or down arrow(yellow color)to increase or decrease the time respectively
6Press the red button again will activate the move-ment
7Adjust the speed by turning the dial to clockwise or anti-clockwise direction until you feel your head move comfortably(aslower speed is recommended)
8Close you eyes and relax
9When the machine stops,remain in the same posi-tion for a short while before getting up.
Shoulder massage movement
1Place an exercise mat or cush ion near the front of the stressbuster so that its height is in level with the bot-tom part of the massage panel,
2Plug in the machine, turn on the FIR heat and mas-sage buttons located at the right hand side rear of the machine(see Fig.13)
3Lie your shoulder on the massage panel and enjoy the massage.
4Change the massage speed to slow or fast as needed,to reduce vibration on the head, place a cushion or towel underneath the neck
5Recommended treatment time is 15 minutes,
6Turn off borh the FIRheat and massage function after use.
Foot Massage/reflexology
1Ture on the FIR heat and massage buttons located at the right hand side rear of the machine(see fig.13),
2Sit comfortably on a chair and put both feet on the vibrating panel in the front of the machine.
3Move your feet slowly around the massage nodes.relax and enjoy the sole massage with radiant FIR energy.
4You may select the fast or slow vibration by switch-ing the control button.
5Recommended treatment time is 15 minutes.
6Turn off both the FIR heat and massage function aft |
